Description
This story tells about Bobby Duck after he becomes a strong swimmer. As a reward, he receives a bag of coins to build his own house. Bobby feels proud and excited about his future.
On his way, he meets Rascal the Monkey, who tricks him with a clever idea. Rascal tells Bobby that if he plants the coins, a “money tree” will grow and give him even more wealth. Bobby becomes greedy and believes this idea without thinking carefully.
He buries his coins and waits, hoping for something magical to happen. But when he returns, he finds nothing. Rascal has disappeared, and the coins are gone.
Bobby feels sad and learns a hard lesson. Granny Willow explains that money does not grow on trees, and greed can lead to loss. She reminds him that success comes from hard work and patience.
This story teaches children to be careful, think wisely, and avoid greed. It shows that real success comes from effort, not shortcuts or tricks.
