Description
The Battle of Hunayn happened shortly after the Conquest of Makkah. The Muslims faced the tribes of Hawazin and Thaqif, who gathered their forces to fight the growing strength of Islam. At the beginning of the battle, some Muslims felt confident because their numbers were large. But Allah wanted to teach them a lesson: victory does not come from numbers, but from trust in Him. When the enemy surprised them from the valley, many Muslims became confused and retreated. During this difficult moment, Prophet Muhammad ﷺ stood firm on his mule, calling the Muslims back with courage and strength. His brave stand brought the army together again. Slowly, the Muslims returned, organized their lines, and fought with patience and unity. In the end, Allah gave them a great victory. This story teaches us not to be proud, to rely only on Allah, and to remain calm and united during hardship.
