Description
Tajweed Rules for Kids Volume 3 by Manarah Publishing is the book in the Tajweed Rules for Kids Series. This series is for children in Grade 1 to Grade 6. The third volume is for Grade 3 students who have already finished Volumes 1 and 2. This book teaches the basics of Tajweed. Introduces a beautiful part of Quranic recitation called qalqalah.
The third volume builds on what the students learned in Volumes 1 and 2. It covers the following topics:
* The rules of noon sakinah and tanween: the book explains all four rules. Ithhar, idgham, ikhfa' and iqlab. Students practice these rules a lot so they really understand them.
* Iqlab: this rule was introduced in Volume 2. It is explained in more detail in Volume 3. Students learn how to change the sound of noon sakinah to a meem sound before the letter ba.
* Qalqalah: this is a rule that students learn in Volume 3. It is the echoing sound that happens after letters like qaf, ta, ba, jeem and dal. Students learn how to make this sound
* The degrees of qalqalah: students learn that the qalqalah sound can be stronger or weaker depending on where it happens in a word.
The students practice these rules by reading Quranic passages from Juz' Amma. This helps them understand how the rules work in the Quran. By the end of Volume 3 students have learned the rules of Tajweed. They are ready to move on to the advanced rules in Volumes 4-6. They will be confident and well-prepared for the level of Tajweed Rules for Kids. The Tajweed Rules for Kids Series is a way for Muslim children to learn the Quran correctly. The rules of Tajweed are important, for reading the Quran with the pronunciation. Volume 3 is a part of this series.
