Lazy Brag is a lively and thoughtful story about responsibility and the value of hard work. Brag, the son of King Thunder, believes that being royal means never working. He spends his days sleeping and playing, while others do their duties. His father feels worried about his lazy behavior.
Wizzy the wise bird comes up with a clever idea. She suggests making Brag king for one day. Excited by his new title, Brag declares a holiday for the whole forest. Everyone stops working and spends the day having fun.
However, when night comes, Brag feels hungry and tired. All the restaurants are closed because no one worked during the day. He travels far, hoping to find food, but everywhere is closed. Slowly, he begins to understand that work is necessary for life to continue smoothly.
